Challenge: Voxx Analytics needed to bring to market a next-generation promotional messaging database positioned as the industry’s largest collection of pharma and biotech advertising materials across print, digital, and video. To succeed, the product had to support deep search capabilities and allow clients to efficiently compare messaging strategies across multiple industry players. Ensuring usability and adoption was critical, given the complexity of the data and the workflows it needed to support.
Solution: visualade led the front-end design, prototyping, and usability validation. Beginning with targeted, multi-part surveys sent to hand-selected customers, we gathered insights into real user expectations and workflow challenges.
